Position Summary

The Print Shop Associate is responsible for working to positively contribute to the customer’s shopping experience by providing friendly and effective service, assisting customers in the self serve area and by producing high quality documents in a timely manner which meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.

1. Must exhibit Copy Promise behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers, fellow associates and management
2. Identify high potential and top customers; partner with GM to offer a total solution designed to meet customer’s needs
3. Able to work a flexible schedule

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Copy Promise
• Process and produce accurate orders
• Respond and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean Copy & Print Center
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Effectively build relationships with top customers

Basic Qualifications

• Sales & customer service experience in a retail or printing environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong Computer skills preferred
